Christie offers extensive, hands-on experience in sales, management and strategic growth of cemeteries and company growth and success. In her current capacity, Christie is responsible to ensure performance objectives are achieved, corporate growth initiatives are realized, and clients are extremely satisfied with all projects provided by her team.
Zachary Rasmussen, AIA NCARB
Project Managing Architect and head of Tribute Design Systems. Zach oversees all aspects of client, consultant and contractor contact as it relates to design and document production within Tribute Design Systems.
Clyde’s function is to directly oversee cemetery operations, including all facilities, equipment, grounds maintenance and safety across the company. In addition to having owned his own cemetery, he has managed several other locations throughout the Midwest.
Kim Krieg, CPA
Kim manages our corporate accounting function, which is responsible for preparation of financial statements, monitoring trust accounts, overseeing cemetery client accounts and coordinating data impact from multiple client and company locations.
David P. Smith, Jr.
David has served his community for over two years as a Family Service Counselor guiding families throughout the process of completing their cemetery arrangements, and in October of 2021 has joined The Tribute Companies team as the Director of Business Development.
In his position, David will be developing additional markets for company’s precast and design divisions, serving the Eastern and Southern part of the United States as well as expanding to other international markets.
Daiga is responsible for all Tribute marketing including graphic design and communications, website maintenance, social media and trade show coordination. She is also happy and willing to pitch in with tasks to help others in the office.
Kevin runs operations for Tribute’s Precast facilities in Freeport, Illinois. Meticulous in nature, Kevin runs a tight facility which focuses on continuous process improvement, quality and safety.
Matt oversees operations at Tribute Precast’s Ashley, Indiana facility.
Cole Daniel Gullett
Cole is responsible for the design and detailing of construction drawings and the administration of projects under the supervision of the managing architect. Cole’s knowledge and interest in precast concrete structures enhances his skill sets within the Tribute Companies as he works closely with Tribute’s precast concrete facilities in Illinois and Indiana.
John is responsible for bidding and estimating new construction, renovation and expansion projects as well as traveling throughout the United States to manage and supervise construction projects with the Tribute team of installation specialists.
Dustin is well versed in the means and methods of installing Tribute Precast Systems concrete products and accessories. Every project is different and has a unique set of challenges and variables. Dustin is seasoned in construction document interpretation and understanding, communicates well with local subcontractors and on-site staff, and has the ability, knowledge and familiarity of the product to bring each project to a successful completion.
Adriane is responsible for month-end account closing activities and reconciliations, maintaining general ledger accounts and preparing journal entries, as well as generating and distributing account management reports on monthly basis.
Dana is responsible for processing payroll for the six Tribute branch companies located in three states, payroll taxes, and invoicing for Tribute Precast Systems.
Joan is responsible for tracking and processing all invoices for the six Tribute branch companies.
David is responsible for driving Pre-Need sales at our Wausau, Green Bay and Milwaukee cemetery locations as well as ensuring that all sales counselors maintain appropriate follow up with all families who have property at our parks.
