Primary Responsibilities:  Design and detail schematic, construction, and shop drawings under the supervision of the managing architect. 

 Special Functions:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD as the primary application (Revit is a plus)
  • Produce schematic designs with alternative solutions to the design for consideration by the client
  • 3-D modeling, sketch up and/or strong rendering skills required
  • Design/development of schematic design including material selection, quantity take offs and cost estimates
  • Coordinate engineering (structural / MEP) needed for completion of construction documents
  • Prepare & review accurate, consistent, and complete construction documents and shop drawings
  • Modify standard specification manual to coincide with construction documents
  • Prepare, revise, and coordinate bid documents for distribution to clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Organize and record documents during all phases of a project

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Engineering (completed or in-progress)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • AutoCAD / PDF editor proficiency Sketchup, Photoshop, 3-D rendering preferred
  • Microsoft Office 365 tools application proficiency Commercial development experience in drafting

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

To assist in the production of specialized precast concrete product.

DUTIES AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Position requires individual to perform a variety of duties throughout workday.

  • Walking and standing are required 7.5 hours of workday.
  • Twisting, bending, pulling, and pushing are required 7.5 hours of workday.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds above chest level.
  • Requires ability to reach above head.
  • Position may require ability to climb on occasion.
  • Use of hand tools required; ability to use one hand at 10 pounds.
  • Ability to be in a manufacturing environment which manufactures items in a continuous cycle during the 7.5 hours of a workday.

Listed above are typical duties required for the position of Laborer.  Due to the nature of Tribute Precast Systems’ production process, each individual is cross trained on a variety of job responsibilities.

The Tribute Companies Inc. owns and operates four cemeteries in the state of Wisconsin. Specific Duties:

  • Prospecting and maintaining relationships with families – Make the necessary contacts with prospective customers to maintain an ample supply of leads via: phone lists, at-need families, pre-need follow up, and seminars

Primary Responsibilities: Properly perform all functions related to interment services, facility and equipment maintenance and improvement.
Specific Duties:

  • Follow procedures for the safe, efficient and accurate execution of the following functions:
    • Burials and Entombments
    • Memorial Placement
    • Building and feature maintenance
    • Compliance with local, state and federal regulations
    • Property Maintenance
    • Property Beautification
  • To execute stated functions in a way that promotes positive public relations and fosters professional relations with associated industries
  • To properly use supplies and equipment required for performance of functions, which includes standard maintenance.
  • To follow all company safety procedures.
  • To be able to work as a team with all different crew members.

  • Mechanical experience
  • Walking and standing are required 7.5 hours of workday.
  • Twisting, bending, pulling, and pushing are required 7.5 hours of workday.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

  • Operation of back hoe.
  • Requires ability to reach above head.
  • Position may require ability to climb on occasion.
  • Use of hand tools required; ability to use one hand at 10 pounds.

The Tribute Companies, Inc. manufactures, supplies and installs cemetery precast products throughout the country.  Our past projects can be found here:  https://tributeinc.com/our-projects.  Tribute’s construction division is currently looking for a few hard-working individuals to join our team. 

Primary Responsibilities: Assist with all installation, construction, and labor projects for The Tribute Company’s design, precast and construction contracts.


Specific and Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to travel.  Project durations can range from 4-14 days at a time, which may include driving or flying to the site.  
  • Ability to work full days outside, in all weather conditions. Hours vary depending on the conditions and daylight hours.  

Minimum Requirements:

  • OSHA 10 training completion prior to start of project. 
  • Ability to climb a ladder. 
  • Flexibility to be able to crawl into smaller spaces for several minutes at a time to grout/caulk.  
  • A positive attitude and basic customer service skills. 
  • Ability to take direction and work positively in a team environment.  
  • The ability to stand 8 hours a day. 

The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds from the ground and overhead. Tribute will provide transportation, food and lodging and some entertainment/local attractions during the travel.  

This is a physical position which results in a sense of completion when the project comes to completion. On-site training is provided as is OSHA 10 course reimbursement.  

Compensation: On site Work = $30.00 – $40/hour depending on experience.  

Note:  Federal/State Jobs will be paid at prevailing wage for the project (UP TO $46/hour). Tribute milage reimbursement rate of $0.58 / mile if using your personal vehicle to get to project site.
